DescriptionEuphoractine E belongs to the class of organic compounds known as cinnamic acid esters. These are compound containing an ester derivative of cinnamic acid. (1r,2s,4s,5s,9r,10r,11r,13s)-2,4-dihydroxy-1,5,9,12,12-pentamethyl-8-oxotetracyclo[7.6.0.0³,⁷.0¹¹,¹³]pentadec-3(7)-en-10-yl (2e)-3-phenylprop-2-enoate is found in Euphorbia micractina. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Euphoractine E.
