| Description | Palmarumycin C11 belongs to the class of organic compounds known as tetralins. These are polycyclic aromatic compounds containing a tetralin moiety, which consists of a benzene fused to a cyclohexane. (1as,7r,7as)-7,7a-dihydro-1ah-2',4'-dioxaspiro[naphtho[2,3-b]oxirene-2,3'-tricyclo[7.3.1.0⁵,¹³]tridecane]-1'(13'),5',7',9',11'-pentaene-6,7-diol was first documented in 2002 (PMID: 11842326). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Palmarumycin C11. |
