| Description | [2,15-Dimethyl-14-(6-methylhept-3-en-2-yl)-4,5-bis(sulfooxy)tetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadecan-8-yl]oxidanesulfonic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as cholestane steroids. These are steroids with a structure containing the 27-carbon cholestane skeleton. [9a,11a-dimethyl-1-(6-methylhept-3-en-2-yl)-7,8-bis(sulfooxy)-tetradecahydro-1h-cyclopenta[a]phenanthren-5-yl]oxidanesulfonic acid is found in Cymbastela coralliophila. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on [2,15-dimethyl-14-(6-methylhept-3-en-2-yl)-4,5-bis(sulfooxy)tetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadecan-8-yl]oxidanesulfonic acid. |
