These are polycyclic aromatic compounds containing a 1-benzopyran moiety with a ketone group at the C2 carbon atom (1-benzopyran-2-one). 7-{[(2e)-4-[(4r)-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-5-oxooxolan-2-yl]-3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl]oxy}-8-methoxychromen-2-one is found in Clausena excavata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Clauslactone N. |
