These are a structurally variable family of fungal polyketide metabolites possessing a highly oxygenated pyranoquinone bicyclic core, usually known as isochromene, and a quaternary carbon center. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3-[7-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-methylbenzoyloxy)-8a-hydroxy-7-methyl-6,8-dioxo-6,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-1H-isochromen-3-yl]prop-2-enoic acid. |
