These are diterpenoids (compounds made of four consecutive isoprene units) that do not contain a cycle. (2e,6e)-3,7,15-trimethyl-11-methylidene-10,13-dioxohexadeca-2,6,14-trien-1-yl acetate is found in Bifurcaria bifurcata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2,10,14-Trimethyl-6-methylene-16-acetoxyhexadeca-2,10,14-triene-4,7-dione. |
