These are quinoline alkaloids containing the dibenzo[de,g]quinoline ring system or a dehydrogenated derivative thereof. (9s)-3-(2-{[(1r)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1h-isoquinolin-1-yl]methyl}-4,5-dimethoxyphenoxy)-4,15,16-trimethoxy-10-methyl-10-azatetracyclo[7.7.1.0²,⁷.0¹³,¹⁷]heptadeca-1(16),2(7),3,5,13(17),14-hexaene is found in Thalictrum dasycarpum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (9S)-3-(2-{[(1R)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-1-yl]methyl}-4,5-dimethoxyphenoxy)-4,15,16-trimethoxy-10-methyl-10-azatetracyclo[7.7.1.0²,⁷.0¹³,¹⁷]Heptadeca-1(17),2(7),3,5,13,15-hexaene. |
