| Description | (25R)-3beta-(beta-D-Glucopyranosyloxy)-26,23-epinitrilo-5alpha-cholestane-6,22-dione belongs to the class of organic compounds known as steroidal glycosides. These are sterol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically linked to the steroid skeleton. (1r,3as,3bs,5as,7s,9ar,9bs,11as)-9a,11a-dimethyl-1-[(2s)-1-[(4r)-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-3h-pyrrol-2-yl]-1-oxopropan-2-yl]-7-{[(2r,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-tetradecahydrocyclopenta[a]phenanthren-5-one is found in Fritillaria persica. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (25R)-3beta-(beta-D-Glucopyranosyloxy)-26,23-epinitrilo-5alpha-cholestane-6,22-dione. |
