DescriptionErythro anethole glycol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as phenylpropanes. These are organic compounds containing a phenylpropane moiety. (1r,2s)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)propane-1,2-diol is found in Foeniculum vulgare, Illicium oligandrum, Illicium verum and Pimpinella anisum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on erythro anethole glycol.
