Description[(1S,4aR,5S,8aR)-1,4a-dimethyl-6-methylidene-5-(3-methylpenta-2,4-dien-1-yl)-decahydronaphthalen-1-yl]methyl acetate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as diterpenoids. These are terpene compounds formed by four isoprene units. [(1s,4ar,5s,8ar)-1,4a-dimethyl-6-methylidene-5-(3-methylpenta-2,4-dien-1-yl)-hexahydro-2h-naphthalen-1-yl]methyl acetate is found in Pinus massoniana. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on [(1S,4aR,5S,8aR)-1,4a-dimethyl-6-methylidene-5-(3-methylpenta-2,4-dien-1-yl)-decahydronaphthalen-1-yl]methyl acetate.
