Description2-(3-{6-[2,4-Dihydroxy-3-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)benzoyl]-5-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl}-2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-4-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 3'-prenylated flavanones. These are flavanones that features a C5-isoprenoid substituent at the 3'-position. 2-(3-{6-[2,4-dihydroxy-3-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)benzoyl]-5-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl}-2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-2,3-dihydro-1-benzopyran-4-one is found in Morus mongolica. It was first documented in 2022 (PMID: 36130844). Based on a literature review a significant number of articles have been published on 2-(3-{6-[2,4-dihydroxy-3-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)benzoyl]-5-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl}-2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-4-one (PMID: 36130843) (PMID: 36130842) (PMID: 36130841) (PMID: 36130840).
