Naphthalene is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon made up of two fused benzene rings. 4,7,8-trihydroxy-1h,3h,6h,7h,8h-naphtho[2,3-c]furan-5-one is found in Aquilaria sinensis. 4,7,8-Trihydroxy-1H,3H,5H,6H,7H,8H-naphtho[2,3-c]furan-5-one is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). |
