These are polycyclic compounds containing an isochromanequinone, which is structurally characterized by a quinone fused to an isochromane, and forming a naphtho[2,3-c]pyran-6,9-dione skeleton. (3r)-5,10,12-trihydroxy-8-methoxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydro-2-oxatetracene-1,6,11-trione is found in Dermocybe sanguinea. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (3R)-5,10,12-trihydroxy-8-methoxy-3-methyl-3,4,6,11-tetrahydro-1H-2-oxatetracene-1,6,11-trione. |
