Naphthalene is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon made up of two fused benzene rings. 3-{[2-hydroxy-3-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-6a,10b-dimethyl-8-methylidene-decahydronaphtho[2,1-b]pyran-7-yl]methyl}-2-methoxy-5,6-dimethylpyran-4-one is found in Clonostachys candelabrum. 3-{[2-Hydroxy-3-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-6a,10b-dimethyl-8-methylidene-dodecahydro-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyran-7-yl]methyl}-2-methoxy-5,6-dimethyl-4H-pyran-4-one is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). |
