These are glycoside in which a sugar group is bonded through one carbon to another group via a O-glycosidic bond. 3-{6-[(acetyloxy)methyl]-3-hydroxy-4-{[5-hydroxy-5-(1-hydroxyethyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}-5-[(2-isothiocyanatobut-2-enoyl)oxy]oxan-2-yl}-2,3-dihydroxy-6-imino-5-oxocyclohex-1-ene-1-carboxylic acid is found in Streptomyces paulus. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3-{6-[(acetyloxy)methyl]-3-hydroxy-4-{[5-hydroxy-5-(1-hydroxyethyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}-5-[(2-isothiocyanatobut-2-enoyl)oxy]oxan-2-yl}-2,3-dihydroxy-6-imino-5-oxocyclohex-1-ene-1-carboxylic acid.
