These are tigliane diterpenoids which are esters of phorbol. [(1s,2r,6r,10r,11s,13s,14r,15r)-13-(acetyloxy)-1,6,14-trihydroxy-4,12,12,15-tetramethyl-5-oxotetracyclo[8.5.0.0²,⁶.0¹¹,¹³]pentadeca-3,8-dien-8-yl]methyl (9z,12z)-octadeca-9,12-dienoate is found in Croton tiglium. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on [(1S,2R,6R,10R,11S,13S,14R,15R)-13-(acetyloxy)-1,6,14-trihydroxy-4,12,12,15-tetramethyl-5-oxotetracyclo[8.5.0.0²,⁶.0¹¹,¹³]Pentadeca-3,8-dien-8-yl]methyl (9Z,12Z)-octadeca-9,12-dienoate. |
