These are aliphatic alcohols consisting of a chain of a least six carbon atoms. (1s,2r,3s)-1,2-dihydroxy-1-[(2s)-6-oxo-2,3-dihydropyran-2-yl]heptan-3-yl acetate is found in Tetradenia riparia. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,3S)-1,2-dihydroxy-1-[(2S)-6-oxo-3,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-yl]heptan-3-yl acetate. |
