Description | Adian-5-ene ozonide belongs to the class of organic compounds known as oxepanes. Oxepanes are compounds containing an oxepane ring, which is a seven-member saturated aliphatic heterocycle with one oxygen and six carbon atoms. (1s,6s,7r,10s,11r,14r,15r,18r,19s)-14-isopropyl-2,2,7,10,15,18-hexamethyl-22,23,24-trioxahexacyclo[19.2.1.0¹,⁶.0⁷,¹⁹.0¹⁰,¹⁸.0¹¹,¹⁵]tetracosane is found in Aleuritopteris farinosa and Oleandra wallichii. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Adian-5-ene ozonide. |
