These are aliphatic alcohols consisting of a chain of a least six carbon atoms. 6-[(1e,5z,7e)-4,9-dihydroxy-8-methylnona-1,5,7-trien-1-yl]-4-methyl-5,6-dihydropyran-2-one is found in Serratia odorifera. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Oncorhyncolide. |
