DescriptionDIHYDROVERMISTATIN belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzofuranones. These are organic compounds containing a benzene ring fused to a furanone. (3r)-4,6-dimethoxy-3-(4-oxo-6-propylpyran-3-yl)-3h-2-benzofuran-1-one is found in Penicillium simplicissimum. (3r)-4,6-dimethoxy-3-(4-oxo-6-propylpyran-3-yl)-3h-2-benzofuran-1-one was first documented in 2012 (PMID: 22295871). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on DIHYDROVERMISTATIN (PMID: 28202316).
