| Description | ADOT belongs to the class of organic compounds known as naphthols and derivatives. These are naphthalene derivatives carrying one or more hydroxyl (-OH) groups at any ring position. 3-acetyl-1-(dimethylamino)-4,4a,6,7,11,12-hexahydroxy-11-methyl-1,11a,12,12a-tetrahydrotetracene-2,5-dione is found in Streptomyces rimosus. 3-acetyl-1-(dimethylamino)-4,4a,6,7,11,12-hexahydroxy-11-methyl-1,11a,12,12a-tetrahydrotetracene-2,5-dione was first documented in 2003 (PMID: 12826274). Based on a literature review a small amount of articles have been published on ADOT (PMID: 33044687) (PMID: 27467190) (PMID: 22419563). |
