Description | 3-[3-(3,7-Dimethylocta-2,6-dien-1-yl)-2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl]-5,7-dihydroxy-4H-chromen-4-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 4'-o-methylisoflavones. These are isoflavones with methoxy groups attached to the C4' atom of the isoflavone backbone. 3-{3-[(2e)-3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dien-1-yl]-2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl}-5,7-dihydroxychromen-4-one is found in Campylotropis hirtella. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3-[3-(3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dien-1-yl)-2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl]-5,7-dihydroxy-4H-chromen-4-one. |
