DescriptionTaxifolin 7-glucoside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. taxifolin 7-glucoside is found in Allium cepa, Coleogyne ramosissima, Cuscuta reflexa, Pelargonium reniforme, Picea abies, Pinus sylvestris, Podocarpus nivalis, Pseudotsuga menziesii and Sorghum bicolor. It was first documented in 2005 (PMID: 15713001). Based on a literature review a small amount of articles have been published on Taxifolin 7-glucoside (PMID: 29495517) (PMID: 21341175) (PMID: 17997520) (PMID: 17411068).
