| Description | Quercetin 3-apiosyl-(1->2)-xyloside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. Thus, quercetin 3-apiosyl-(1->2)-xyloside is considered to be a flavonoid. 3-{[(2s,3r,4s,5r)-3-{[(2s,3r,4r)-3,4-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-4,5-dihydroxyoxan-2-yl]oxy}-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxychromen-4-one is found in Securidaca diversifolia. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Quercetin 3-apiosyl-(1->2)-xyloside. |
