| Description | 1,3,4-Trihydroxy-2-methoxy-7-methyl-5-{[(2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-9,10-dihydroanthracene-9,10-dione belongs to the class of organic compounds known as hydroxyanthraquinones. Hydroxyanthraquinones are compounds containing a hydroxyanthraquinone moiety, which consists of an anthracene bearing a quinone, and hydroxyl group. 1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-methoxy-7-methyl-5-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}anthracene-9,10-dione is found in Dermocybe sanguinea. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-methoxy-7-methyl-5-{[(2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-9,10-dihydroanthracene-9,10-dione. |
