Description(2S,3S,4S,5R,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-[(2R)-2-hydroxy-3-{[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]oxy}propoxy]oxane-2-carboxylic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as o-glucuronides. These are glucuronides in which the aglycone is linked to the carbohydrate unit through an O-glycosidic bond. (2s,3s,4s,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-[(2r)-2-hydroxy-3-{[(2e)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]oxy}propoxy]oxane-2-carboxylic acid is found in Beta vulgaris. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,3S,4S,5R,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-[(2R)-2-hydroxy-3-{[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]oxy}propoxy]oxane-2-carboxylic acid.
