DescriptionKaempferol 3-(3g-glucosylneohesperidoside) belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. Thus, kaempferol 3-(3g-glucosylneohesperidoside) is considered to be a flavonoid. 5,7-dihydroxy-3-{[(2s,3r,4s,5r,6r)-5-hydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-3-{[(2s,3r,4r,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]oxy}-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)chromen-4-one is found in Impatiens balsamina and Populus yunnanensis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Kaempferol 3-(3g-glucosylneohesperidoside).
