These are polycyclic compounds containing an isochromane which bears a ketone at the carbon C1. 6,8-dihydroxy-3-[(1e,3z)-4-[(2r,3r)-3-[(2r)-2-hydroxypropyl]oxiran-2-yl]buta-1,3-dien-1-yl]isochromen-1-one is found in Neophaeosphaeria quadriseptata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Paraphaeosphaerin A. |
