Pyranoflavonoids are compounds containing a pyran ring fused to a 2-phenyl-1,4-benzopyran skeleton. 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-methoxy-8,8-dimethyl-2h,3h,4h-pyrano[2,3-f]chromene-3,4-diol is found in Marshallia obovata. 2-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-5-methoxy-8,8-dimethyl-2H,3H,4H,8H-pyrano[2,3-f]chromene-3,4-diol is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). |
