Among the sugar units found in natural glycosides are D-glucose, L-Fructose, and L rhamnose. 5-{[3,4-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenoxy)oxane-3,4-diol is found in Albizia julibrissin. 5-{[3,4-Dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenoxy)oxane-3,4-diol is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). |
