Fluorenes are compounds containing a fluorene moiety, which consists of two benzene rings connected through either a cyclopentane, cyclopentene, or cyclopenta-1,3-diene. 3,6,7-trihydroxy-3-methylcyclohexa[a]fluorene-4,11-dione is found in Micromonospora rosaria. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 5,9,12-trihydroxy-5-methyltetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁶]Heptadeca-1,3,7,9,11(16),12,14-heptaene-6,17-dione. |
