Cerveratrum alkaloids have 7-9 oxygen atoms and occur as free alkamines or esters of simple aliphatic or aromatic acids. 6,10,23-trimethyl-4-azahexacyclo[12.11.0.0²,¹¹.0⁴,⁹.0¹⁵,²⁴.0¹⁸,²³]pentacosane-17,20-diol is found in Fritillaria anhuiensis, Fritillaria delavayi, Fritillaria hupehensis, Fritillaria imperialis, Fritillaria persica, Fritillaria stenanthera, Fritillaria tortifolia and Fritillaria unibracteata. AC1MO6TE is a very strong basic compound (based on its pKa). |
