| Description | JUNCEELLOLIDE D belongs to the class of organic compounds known as diterpene lactones. These are diterpenoids containing a lactone moiety. (1s,2s,3r,4r,7s,8z,10r,12s,13r,14s)-2,10,14-tris(acetyloxy)-3-hydroxy-4,9,13-trimethyl-17-methylidene-5-oxo-6-oxatricyclo[11.4.0.0³,⁷]heptadec-8-en-12-yl acetate is found in Junceella fragilis. (1s,2s,3r,4r,7s,8z,10r,12s,13r,14s)-2,10,14-tris(acetyloxy)-3-hydroxy-4,9,13-trimethyl-17-methylidene-5-oxo-6-oxatricyclo[11.4.0.0³,⁷]heptadec-8-en-12-yl acetate was first documented in 2004 (PMID: 15568788). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on JUNCEELLOLIDE D (PMID: 33992967). |
