Description | [(1R,4R,5S,9S,10R,13R,14S,16R)-5,9,13-trimethyl-15-oxapentacyclo[11.3.1.0¹,¹⁰.0⁴,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁶]Heptadecan-5-yl]methanol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as oxanes. Oxanes are compounds containing an oxane (tetrahydropyran) ring, which is a six-member saturated aliphatic heterocycle with one oxygen atom and five carbon atoms. [(1r,4r,5s,9s,10r,13r,14s,16r)-5,9,13-trimethyl-15-oxapentacyclo[11.3.1.0¹,¹⁰.0⁴,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁶]heptadecan-5-yl]methanol is found in Helichrysum tenax. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on [(1R,4R,5S,9S,10R,13R,14S,16R)-5,9,13-trimethyl-15-oxapentacyclo[11.3.1.0¹,¹⁰.0⁴,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁶]Heptadecan-5-yl]methanol. |
