| Description | 1Alpha-(2-Oxo-6-carboxy-2H-pyran-3-yl)-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2-dihydronaphthalene-2beta,3-dicarboxylic acid 3-methyl ester belongs to the class of organic compounds known as naphthalenecarboxylic acids. Naphthalenecarboxylic acids are compounds containing a naphthalene moiety, which bears a carboxylic acid group one or more positions. Naphthalene is a bicyclic compound that is made up of two fused benzene ring. 5-[(1r,2r)-2-carboxy-6,7-dihydroxy-3-(methoxycarbonyl)-1,2-dihydronaphthalen-1-yl]-6-oxopyran-2-carboxylic acid is found in Syzygiella autumnalis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 1alpha-(2-Oxo-6-carboxy-2H-pyran-3-yl)-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2-dihydronaphthalene-2beta,3-dicarboxylic acid 3-methyl ester. |
