Description16-Hydroxyphorbol 13-decanoate 12-palmitate, also known as 12-O-hexadecanoyl-16-hydroxyphorbol-13-acetate or croton factor F1, belongs to the class of organic compounds known as phorbol esters. These are tigliane diterpenoids which are esters of phorbol. croton factor f1 is found in Croton flavens and Vernicia fordii. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 16-hydroxyphorbol 13-decanoate 12-palmitate.
