| Description | {[(Z)-[5-(methylsulfanyl)-1-{[(2R,3S,4S,5S,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]sulfanyl}pentylidene]amino]oxy}sulfonic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as alkylglucosinolates. These are organic compounds containing a glucosinolate moiety that carries an alkyl chain. [(z)-[5-(methylsulfanyl)-1-{[(2r,3s,4s,5s,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]sulfanyl}pentylidene]amino]oxysulfonic acid is found in Brassica oleracea, Fibigia clypeata and Pringlea antiscorbutica. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on {[(Z)-[5-(methylsulfanyl)-1-{[(2R,3S,4S,5S,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]sulfanyl}pentylidene]amino]oxy}sulfonic acid. |
