These are prenol lipids structurally characterized by a bile acid or alcohol which bears four hydroxyl groups. (1s,3as,3br,5as,7s,8r,9ar,9bs,11ar)-1-[(2s,3r,4s)-3,4-dihydroxy-6-methylheptan-2-yl]-7,8-dihydroxy-9a,11a-dimethyl-tetradecahydrocyclopenta[a]phenanthren-5-one is found in Ipomoea purpurea. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,4R,5S,7S,10R,11S,14S,15R)-14-[(2S,3R,4S)-3,4-dihydroxy-6-methylheptan-2-yl]-4,5-dihydroxy-2,15-dimethyltetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadecan-8-one. |
