DescriptionGrandiuvarins B belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzoic acid esters. These are ester derivatives of benzoic acid. (2s,3r,4z)-6-[(z)-benzoyloxy]-2-{[(z)-benzoyloxy]methyl}-2,3-dihydroxyhex-4-en-1-yl acetate is found in Uvaria grandiflora. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Grandiuvarins B.
