These are diterpenoids in which an isoprene unit is glycosylated. (2r,3r,4s,5s,6r)-2-{[(1r,3ar,5ar,5br,9s,11ar,11bs,13ar,13br)-3a,5a,5b,8,8,11a-hexamethyl-1-(prop-1-en-2-yl)-1h,2h,3h,4h,5h,6h,9h,11bh,12h,13h,13ah,13bh-cyclopenta[a]chrysen-9-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol is found in Volkameria inermis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3R,4S,5S,6R)-2-{[(1R,2R,5R,8R,9R,10R,13S,14R,17S)-1,2,5,14,18,18-hexamethyl-8-(prop-1-en-2-yl)pentacyclo[11.8.0.0²,¹⁰.0⁵,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁹]Henicosa-15,19-dien-17-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol. |
