Description1-(2-{5-[Carboxy(phenyl)methylidene]-1,3-dioxolan-4-ylidene}-2-phenylacetyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as n-acyl-alpha amino acids. N-acyl-alpha amino acids are compounds containing an alpha amino acid which bears an acyl group at its terminal nitrogen atom. 1-(2-{5-[carboxy(phenyl)methylidene]-1,3-dioxolan-4-ylidene}-2-phenylacetyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid is found in Tricholoma ustale. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 1-(2-{5-[carboxy(phenyl)methylidene]-1,3-dioxolan-4-ylidene}-2-phenylacetyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid.
