Description | (+)-Viniferol A belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 2-arylbenzofuran flavonoids. These are phenylpropanoids containing the 2-phenylbenzofuran moiety. (2r,3s,9s,10s,13r,14s,21s,22r)-10-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,9,14,22-tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-8,23-dioxaheptacyclo[19.6.1.0²,¹³.0⁴,¹².0⁷,¹¹.0¹⁵,²⁰.0²⁴,²⁸]octacosa-1(27),4,6,11,15,17,19,24(28),25-nonaene-5,16,18,26-tetrol is found in Vitis vinifera. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (+)-Viniferol A. |
