Description(4BS,8aS,10R)-10-ethoxy-3-hydroxy-4b,8,8-trimethyl-2-(propan-2-yl)-1,4,4b,5,6,7,8,8a,9,10-decahydrophenanthrene-1,4-dione belongs to the class of organic compounds known as diterpenoids. These are terpene compounds formed by four isoprene units. (4bs,8as,10r)-10-ethoxy-3-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4b,8,8-trimethyl-5,6,7,8a,9,10-hexahydrophenanthrene-1,4-dione is found in Peltodon longipes. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (4bS,8aS,10R)-10-ethoxy-3-hydroxy-4b,8,8-trimethyl-2-(propan-2-yl)-1,4,4b,5,6,7,8,8a,9,10-decahydrophenanthrene-1,4-dione.
