| Description | (+)-Claviculine belongs to the class of organic compounds known as cularin alkaloids and derivatives. These are derivatives of benzyl isoquinolines in which a phenolic oxygen is incorporated into a seven-membered ring. (10r)-5-methoxy-11-methyl-2-oxa-11-azatetracyclo[8.7.1.0³,⁸.0¹⁴,¹⁸]octadeca-1(17),3,5,7,14(18),15-hexaene-4,17-diol is found in Sarcocapnos baetica and Sarcocapnos crassifolia. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (+)-Claviculine. |
