These are steroids containing ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3beta-ol or a derivative thereof, which is based on the 3beta-hydroxylated ergostane skeleton. (1r,2r,3ar,3bs,4r,5ar,7s,9as,9br,11as)-1-[(2r,5s)-5,6-dimethylheptan-2-yl]-9a,11a-dimethyl-dodecahydro-2h-cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-1,2,3b,4,7-pentol is found in Ganoderma applanatum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1R,2S,5S,7R,9R,10S,11R,13R,14R,15S)-14-[(2R,5S)-5,6-dimethylheptan-2-yl]-2,15-dimethyltetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadecane-5,9,10,13,14-pentol. |
