DescriptionSecopseudopterosin K belongs to the class of organic compounds known as biflorane and serrulatane diterpenoids. These are diterpenoids with a structure based either on the biflorane or the serrulatane skeleton. (2s,3s,4r,5s,6s)-2-{[(5r,8s)-1-hydroxy-3,8-dimethyl-5-[(2s)-6-methylhept-5-en-2-yl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl]oxy}-6-methyloxane-3,4,5-triol is found in Antillogorgia elisabethae. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Secopseudopterosin K.
