Description1-Ethyl-3a,6-dimethyl-3-oxo-3,3a,4,5,8,8a-hexahydroazulen-4-yl 1-[2-(6-hydroxy-4-oxooxan-3-yl)acetyl]pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as n-acyl-alpha amino acids. N-acyl-alpha amino acids are compounds containing an alpha amino acid which bears an acyl group at its terminal nitrogen atom. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 1-ethyl-3a,6-dimethyl-3-oxo-3,3a,4,5,8,8a-hexahydroazulen-4-yl 1-[2-(6-hydroxy-4-oxooxan-3-yl)acetyl]pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate.
