Description2-[(1R,5R,6S)-6-[2,4-dihydroxy-3-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)benzoyl]-5-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl]-5-[6-hydroxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-1-benzofuran-2-yl]benzene-1,3-diol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 2-arylbenzofuran flavonoids. These are phenylpropanoids containing the 2-phenylbenzofuran moiety. 2-[(1r,5r,6s)-6-[2,4-dihydroxy-3-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)benzoyl]-5-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl]-5-[6-hydroxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-1-benzofuran-2-yl]benzene-1,3-diol is found in Morus alba. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2-[(1R,5R,6S)-6-[2,4-dihydroxy-3-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)benzoyl]-5-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl]-5-[6-hydroxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-1-benzofuran-2-yl]benzene-1,3-diol.
