Description(1S,2R,5S,7S,10R,11S,14S)-5-hydroxy-14-[(1S)-1-[(2S,3S,5S)-3-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-2-yl]ethyl]-2,15-dimethyltetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁶]Heptadec-15-en-8-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as piperidines. Piperidines are compounds containing a piperidine ring, which is a saturated aliphatic six-member ring with one nitrogen atom and five carbon atoms. (3s,4as,6ar,6bs,9s,11as,11br)-3-hydroxy-9-[(1s)-1-[(2s,3s,5s)-3-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-2-yl]ethyl]-10,11b-dimethyl-1h,2h,3h,4h,4ah,6h,6ah,6bh,7h,8h,9h,11h,11ah-cyclohexa[a]fluoren-5-one is found in Fritillaria stenanthera. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,5S,7S,10R,11S,14S)-5-hydroxy-14-[(1S)-1-[(2S,3S,5S)-3-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-2-yl]ethyl]-2,15-dimethyltetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁶]Heptadec-15-en-8-one.
