| Description | 6,6Abeta,11,14-Tetrahydro-9-methoxy-6alpha-methyl-12H-benzo[a]-1,3-benzodioxolo[4,5-g]quinolizin-8-ol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as protoberberine alkaloids and derivatives. These are alkaloids with a structure based on a protoberberine moiety, which consists of a 5,6-dihydrodibenzene moiety fused to a quinolizinium and forming 5,6-Dihydrodibenzo(a,g)quinolizinium skeleton. (12s,13r)-17-methoxy-12-methyl-5,7-dioxa-1-azapentacyclo[11.8.0.0³,¹¹.0⁴,⁸.0¹⁴,¹⁹]henicosa-3,8,10,14(19),15,17-hexaen-16-ol is found in Corydalis saxicola. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 6,6abeta,11,14-Tetrahydro-9-methoxy-6alpha-methyl-12H-benzo[a]-1,3-benzodioxolo[4,5-g]quinolizin-8-ol. |
